About the Role :
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive who can drive growth by connecting with students, understanding their career needs, and guiding them toward the right mentorship programs. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, communication, and career growth.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Reach out to potential students through calls, WhatsApp, and social media
- Explain our programs and convert leads into enrollments
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and prospects
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Maintain CRM and track lead progress
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for campaign execution
