Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location: H-28 ARV Park, Noida Sector 63 – Onsite only
Interview Timing: 7:30 PM to 11:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, connect, and build professional relationships with Prime Vendors, Tier-1 vendors, in the US staffing market.
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other networking platforms.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team to deliver suitable candidates.
- Negotiate contract terms, rates, and ensure timely on-boarding of consultants.
- Maintain regular communication and follow-up with clients for ongoing requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong database of vendors and clients for long-term business growth.
- Work closely with the internal team to achieve weekly and monthly targets.
