The Business Development Associate role is a full-time, on site position located in Bengaluru. Qualifications
- Counsel students and parents on academic programs, courses, career paths, and admission procedures
- Understand students' educational needs and guide them toward suitable courses or institutions
- Provide detailed information about programs, eligibility criteria, fees, scholarships, and academic timelines
- Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions (in person, phone, or online)
- Handle student inquiries, walk-ins, calls, and leads generated through marketing activities
- Follow up with prospective students to ensure enrolment conversion
