Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and generating new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, managing accounts, and collaborating with teams to meet organizational business goals. The Business Development Executive is expected to analyze market trends, develop strategies to acquire new clients, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the engagement lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to identify and secure new opportunities
- Strong skills in Business and Account Management to manage relationships and drive growth
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams
- Strategic thinking and analytical abilities to develop and implement business strategies
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in staffing, recruitment, or HR solutions is highly desirable
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment
