Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Hyderabad. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, and managing client accounts to build strong and sustainable business relationships. Responsibilities include market research, identifying potential customers, presenting Shivrox's services, negotiating contracts, and developing long-term growth strategies. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the company’s mission of driving digital transformation for clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong skills in Business Development and Account Management
- Excellent Communication skills, including negotiation and presentation abilities
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Self-motivated, strategic thinker, with problem-solving ability
- Experience in the technology or software industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
