Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and tech-savvy Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our Digital Marketing Services team. This role acts as the frontline growth engine of the organization—responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting prospects through strategic outreach, AI-enabled automation, and consultative selling.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in email outreach, cold calling, LinkedIn prospecting, CRM tools, and understands compliance frameworks like GDPR. You should thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and be comfortable leveraging automation to scale impact.
Key Responsibilities
1. Email Marketing & Outreach
- Execute AI-driven cold email campaigns with personalized sequencing
- Optimize performance metrics (open rate, CTR, reply rate)
- Ensure spam control practices and GDPR compliance
2. Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Build and manage targeted prospect lists using Apollo.io and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Conduct account research for personalized outreach
- Maintain accurate and updated CRM pipelines
3. AI Automation & Workflow Management
- Deploy automation across email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp
- Integrate workflows with CRM systems for seamless tracking
- Continuously optimize workflows to improve conversions
4. Cold Calling & Sales Outreach
- Execute structured cold calling campaigns
- Qualify leads and conduct discovery conversations
- Handle objections and drive meeting conversions
5. WhatsApp & Conversational Marketing
- Manage WhatsApp Business outreach and follow-ups
- Create scalable messaging templates
- Ensure compliance with platform policies
6. Appointment Scheduling & Pipeline Management
- Own end-to-end meeting scheduling
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth handoffs
- Track and follow up on meeting outcomes
7. Reporting & Performance Optimization
- Monitor KPIs: outreach volume, response rates, meetings booked
- Share weekly/monthly performance reports
- Identify gaps and optimize outreach strategies
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in B2B business development or inside sales (Digital Marketing/IT preferred/Agency Sales)
- Proven track record of achieving lead generation and meeting-booking targets
- Experience selling digital marketing services (SEO, social media, paid media, content) is a strong advantage
