Should be familiar with IT hardware products like servers, switches, routers, CCTV cameras, access control and intrusion alarm devices, UVSS, boom barriers, fire alarm systems etc. Knowledge of Cybersecurity products is an additional bonus.
2-3years of experience in B2B Sales, Infrastructure project sales, targeting Corporates, and Enterprises with good communications skills - written and verbal. Should know how to write emails.
Should have sound knowledge on IT Technologies.
Should be willing to travel for meetings.
Strong interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
Lead Generation : Identify and research potential leads and business opportunities through cold calling, networking, email outreach, and digital channels.
Client Outreach : Reach out to prospective clients, present our IT solutions, and schedule meetings to discuss their business needs.
Relationship Building : Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understand their pain points, and offer customized solutions.
Sales Presentations and Proposals : Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals that highlight the value of our IT services.
Market Research : Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential markets to identify new opportunities for growth.
Collaboration : Work closely with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to tailor solutions that meet clients requirements and maximize business opportunities.
Sales Reporting : Track sales activities, opportunities, and progress through CRM tools, and report on performance against monthly and quarterly targets.
Negotiation Closing : Negotiate contract terms and pricing with potential clients, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company, and successfully close deals.
Customer Feedback : Collect feedback from clients to improve services, understand market needs, and enhance the customer experience.
