The role focuses on driving end-to-end sales of cybersecurity services, including VAPT, compliance audits, and enterprise security solutions. You will engage with CXOs, CISOs, and decision-makers to identify security gaps and position Shieldbyte’s services as a trusted solution.
Job Role
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for cybersecurity services (VAPT, audits, compliance).
- Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and manage strong relationships with enterprise clients and decision-makers.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution pitching (virtual & F2F).
- Understand client security requirements and propose tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams for solutioning and proposal development.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Maintain and update sales pipeline, CRM, and forecasting reports.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell cybersecurity services.
- Track market trends, competitors, and emerging cybersecurity demands.
- Build partnerships with consultants, MSSPs, and channel partners.
Qualifications
- BDE: 0–3 years (Freshers with strong interest in cybersecurity sales can apply)
- BDM: 4–10 years (preferably in cybersecurity / IT services sales)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
- MBA (Sales/Marketing) preferred
- Cybersecurity services Sales experience preferred
- IT services / SaaS/enterprise solution sales
- Exposure to BFSI / enterprise clients
- Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Understanding of cybersecurity concepts (preferred)
- Ability to engage with CXOs and senior stakeholders
- Target-driven with strong closing ability
- CRM and pipeline management skills
- Self-motivated and high ownership mindset
