Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Business Development Executive. In this position, the executive will identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build and maintain client relationships. Responsibilities will include developing and implementing business strategies, managing client accounts, and effectively communicating with potential and existing customers to meet sales targets. The role requires a proactive approach to identifying customer needs and delivering solutions that align with company goals.
Qualifications
- Expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong skills in Business strategy and development
- Proficiency in Account Management and fostering client relationships
- Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
