At Seven Horizon Studio, we work at the intersection of architecture, design, and visual storytelling—creating high-impact 3D renders, walkthroughs, and brand experiences for leading real estate developers.
We’re looking for a Business Development Executive who understands how to build relationships, identify opportunities, and drive growth in a competitive market.
What you’ll be responsible for:
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities in real estate and allied sectors
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Pitching our services with clarity and conviction
• Managing the sales cycle from lead generation to closure
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth project onboarding
What we’re looking for:
• 2–3 years of experience in business development / sales (real estate or creative services is a plus)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• A proactive, result-oriented mindset
• Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into business opportunities
