Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Noida. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and identifying sales opportunities. The role also involves generating leads, negotiating contracts, coordinating with other departments to ensure client satisfaction, and staying informed about Seore's product offerings and market trends.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Proficiency in relationship management and maintaining a client-centric approach
- Ability to perform market research and identify potential business opportunities
- Experience with lead generation, prospecting, and client communication
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales software is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or relevant experience)
- Experience or interest in the beauty or skincare industry is advantageous
