Role Description
We're building something real at SecureSphereLabs — and our product, Graphoid, is already changing how businesses manage their operations.
Graphoid is an AI-native Enterprise Service Management platform built for the businesses that are still running on WhatsApp groups and Excel sheets. We go live with clients in under 2 weeks. That's not a pitch — that's our track record.
We're looking for a Business Development Executive who wants to be part of the early team, earn uncapped commission, and grow into a permanent leadership role as we scale.
What You'll Be Doing
- Identifying SMBs in healthcare, logistics, field service, hospitality, and trading who need to streamline their operations
- Running product demos (Graphoid sells itself — your job is getting in front of the right people)
- Managing the full sales cycle from first conversation to signed contract
- Supporting SecureSphereLabs IT service opportunities alongside Graphoid
- Building long-term relationships — not one-time transactions

You'll use Graphoid yourself as your daily CRM — sell what you live
You're a Fit If You Have
- 0–4 years of B2B sales or business development experience (SaaS, IT, ERP, or service sales preferred)
- Comfort with video demos and remote client relationships
- A network or understanding of SMB markets in Kerala, Tamil Nadu, or anywhere in India
- Self-driven work style — you don't need someone standing over you
- Clear, confident communication in English + Malayalam or Tamil (advantage)
The Opportunity Honestly
This is a commission-based role to start. That means your income is directly tied to your performance — which is exactly how it should be when the product is strong, the cycle is short, and the clients are motivated. Probation performance converts to a full-time permanent position with fixed salary + commission.
We're not looking for someone to fill a seat. We're looking for the first person who helps Graphoid reach the businesses that need it most.

Occasional travel to Kochi, Kerala (all expenses covered)
