Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Kochi. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, creating relationships with potential clients, conducting market research to identify leads, and managing client communications. Additional responsibilities include preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and contributing to the company's growth strategies to meet business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in business development, lead generation, and relationship building
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans
- Experience in preparing business proposals and developing client pitches
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software
- Previous experience in the technology, telecom, or software industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and ability to work under deadlines
