𝐇𝐈𝐑𝐈𝐍𝐆 - 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞
𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: 𝟏–𝟑 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬
𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲: IT / Software Sales (CRM, ERP, School ERP, Web & App Solutions)
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
1. Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and market research.
2. Conduct product demos and client presentations.
3. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
4. Build and maintain strong client relationships.
5. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
6. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to maximize conversions.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:
1. Proven experience in B2B IT/software sales or lead generation.
2. Strong knowledge of outbound sales strategies.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
4. Familiarity with CRM tools and platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, IndiaMART, Just Dial, etc.
