π’ Scriza Private Limited is looking for a highly motivated Experiensed Business Development Executive with proven experience in selling by selling CRM Software, ERP Software, School ERP Etc.
β¨ This individual will be responsible for generating leads, scheduling product demos, sales closing and ensuring a high level of engagement, follow-up with potential clients, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets by promoting our innovative technology solutions.

π Roles and Responsibilities:
πΉ Generate leads through market research, networking, cold calling, and online channels.
πΉ Identify potential clients and present tailored software solutions to meet business needs.
πΉ Conduct product demos, client presentations, and proposal discussions.
πΉ Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
πΉ Build and nurture strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
πΉ Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
πΉ Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
πΉ Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target industries in the IT sector
πΉ Develop and execute targeted outbound lead generation campaigns, including email campaigns, cold calling, and social media outreach, to identify potential customers for our IT products and services
πΉ Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
πΉ Engage with leads to understand their needs and pain points and position our company's information technology products or services as the solution
πΉ Nurture leads by providing relevant and valuable content, and maintain regular contact to build relationships and keep the company top-of-mind
πΉ Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual lead generation targets for our information technology products and services
πΉ Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment and maximize lead conversion
πΉ Hit your daily/weekly/monthly KPIs
πΉ Report to the Sales Development Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
π§ Skills and Qualifications:
β 01 to 03 years of experience in B2B lead generation or sales development for information technology products or services
β Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets in the IT industry
β Strong knowledge of outbound lead generation techniques, including email campaigns, cold calling, and social media outreach, specific to the IT industry
β Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and relationships with prospects in the information technology sector
β Results-driven with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
β Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation software, such as Zoom Info/Just Dial/Indiamart/LinkedIn Sales Navigator specifically for IT products and services
β Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology or a related field preferred
