Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Lucknow for a Business Development Executive. You'll identify new business opportunities, generate and manage leads, and build relationships with clients across the social sector and CSR space. You'll also support account management and help shape strategies that grow the studio. This role needs someone comfortable talking to a range of stakeholders and genuinely interested in the kind of organisations we work with.
Qualifications
- Experience in business development and lead generation
- Comfortable managing client accounts and relationships
- Strong communicator who builds trust easily
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and good at solving problems on the fly
- Market research or trend analysis experience is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
