The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and revenue growth for Sarvadhi’s ERP and software solutions. The role involves identifying prospects, generating leads, nurturing relationships, presenting solutions, and converting opportunities into customers. The position requires a proactive individual who can manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure, while also contributing to market insights and lead generation initiatives. Requirements Key Responsibilities : Lead Generation & Prospecting : Identify and approach potential clients through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and industry networks. Build and maintain a structured database of prospective clients across target industries. Sales Development & Deal Closure : Understand client business needs and present relevant Sarvadhi solutions. Coordinate and conduct product demonstrations with support from the technical team when required. Manage follow-ups, negotiations, and convert qualified leads into successful deals. Pipeline Management : Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects, opportunities, and ongoing deals. Ensure all activities and interactions are accurately tracked in CRM or internal reporting systems. Market Intelligence : Monitor competitor offerings, pricing, and positioning. Share insights and feedback from prospects to help refine sales strategy and product positioning. Marketing & Lead Nurturing : Support marketing initiatives including digital outreach, industry events, and webinars. Follow up on marketing-generated leads and convert them into qualified opportunities. Sales Reporting : Submit regular updates on sales activities including leads generated, meetings conducted, opportunities created, and deals closed.
