Job Overview
We are looking for energetic, confident, and career-focused candidates for the role of Business Development Executive (BDE).
This opportunity is ideal for:
- Freshers looking to start a career in international business development
- Candidates with 0–1 year of experience in sales, customer support, or business development
- Individuals with strong communication skills and fluency in English, especially candidates comfortable with an American accent or international communication
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and online platforms
- Connect with manufacturers, exporters, importers, and corporate clients
- Handle client follow-ups and schedule meetings
- Understand customer requirements and explain company services
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
- Maintain CRM and daily reporting activities
- Build professional relationships with domestic and international clients
- Attend exhibitions, business events, seminars, and networking meetings when required
Skills Required
- Excellent verbal and written English communication
- Good fluency and professional speaking skills (American accent preferred)
- Confident personality with good presentation skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Emails
- Strong learning attitude and positive mindset
- Ability to communicate professionally with international clients
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate or pursuing final year from any stream
- Freshers are highly encouraged to apply
- 0–1 year experience in Sales / BDE / Customer Support is an added advantage
- Immediate joiners preferred
