Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bhubaneswar for a Business Development Executive. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building relationships with prospective clients, and managing existing accounts to ensure client satisfaction. The role also involves contributing to the development of strategies to grow the business and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to achieve company objectives.
Qualifications
- New Business Development and Lead Generation skills to identify and explore growth opportunities.
- Proficiency in Business and Account Management to maintain strong client relationships and drive organizational success.
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
- Proven ability to work on-site in a collaborative and goal-oriented team environment.
- Experience in the plywood or manufacturing industry is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience is also welcome.
