Role Overview:
We’re looking for driven individuals (0–2 years experience) eager to build a career in B2B sales. You will own outbound prospecting and convert conversations into qualified demos.
Key Responsibilities:
● Make outbound cold calls and reach out via email/WhatsApp.
● Identify customer needs and pitch Runo’s solution.
● Qualify leads and schedule product demos.
● Maintain follow-ups and build a strong pipeline.
● Track all activities in CRM and meet weekly/monthly targets.
What We’re Looking For:
● 0–2 years experience (freshers with strong communication can apply).
● Confidence in speaking with prospects and handling objections.
