Role Overview
We’re looking for driven individuals (0–2 years experience) eager to build a career in B2B sales. You will own outbound prospecting and convert conversations into qualified demos.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls and reach out via email/WhatsApp
- Identify customer needs and pitch Runo’s solution
- Qualify leads and schedule product demos
- Maintain follow-ups and build a strong pipeline
- Track all activities in CRM and meet weekly/monthly targets
What We’re Looking For
- 0–2 years experience (freshers with strong communication can apply)
- Confidence in speaking with prospects and handling objections
- Target-driven and self-motivated mindset
