Role Description
RSR Global is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing international team. This is a full-time remote position offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced global recruitment environment.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, generating leads, and contributing to the company’s overall business growth strategy. The role requires a proactive professional who can effectively communicate with clients, understand their recruitment needs, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored staffing solutions.
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in expanding RSR Global’s international client portfolio while strengthening existing partnerships across multiple industries and markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities across international markets
- Generate high-quality leads through networking, market research, outreach campaigns, and relationship building
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with recruitment teams to deliver suitable staffing solutions
- Manage client accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Conduct virtual meetings, presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to support business expansion and strategic growth initiatives
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and business opportunities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets
- Stay updated on recruitment industry trends, competitor activity, and global market developments
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, Lead Generation, or Account Management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build professional relationships
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively in a remote work environment
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and client management abilities
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proactive and self-motivated approach
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and staffing solutions is an advantage
- Knowledge of international markets and business development strategies is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred
