Business Development Executive (BDE) – Field Sales

Role Overview:
We are hiring Business Development Executives (BDE) for a field sales role. The candidate will be responsible for client acquisition, lead generation, onboarding employers, and promoting hiring solutions in assigned locations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Visit clients in assigned areas on a daily basis
* Generate leads through cold calling and field visits
* Pitch recruitment and hiring solutions to SMB clients
* Handle client objections and maintain relationships
* Onboard new clients and assist with job postings
* Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
* Maintain market feedback and daily activity updates
Preferred Candidate Profile:
* Minimum 1.5 years of experience in Sales / Field Sales / Business Development
* Good communication and negotiation skills
* Comfortable with field sales and travelling
* Target-oriented and confident personality
* Local candidates preferred
* Bike and valid Driving License (DL) mandatory
* Own Laptop is mandatory

Salary & Benefits:
* Fixed Salary + Incentives
* ₹1000 BYOD Allowance (Monthly)
* Petrol Allowance up to ₹4000 based on performance / minimum 70% target achievement
