Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales with strong expertise in lead generation. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Candidates with the ability to mentor or guide junior team members will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead generation will be the primary responsibility through LinkedIn, cold calling, emails, and other B2B channels.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

• Present and explain compliance-related and consulting services to prospective clients.

• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2 – 5 years in Business Development / Sales (B2B preferred).

• Strong understanding of lead generation, B2B sales processes, and client acquisition.

• Exposure to compliance, finance, or HR outsourcing domains will be a plus.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Proficiency in LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms for lead generation.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
