Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Business Development Executive, located in Noida. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, generating leads, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and managing accounts. The role requires proactive engagement with prospects, presenting tailored solutions, and achieving sales targets, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Expertise in business development strategies and client acquisition
- Effective Communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Account Management and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, results-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Past experience in performance marketing or a similar domain is an advantage
Salary
₹20,000 to ₹35,000 per month + performance incentives
Higher package for candidates with strong closing skills
