JOB TYPE: Full-Time (Work from Office)
DEPARTMENT: Sales / Business Development – Inside Sales
WORKING HOURS: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
DESIGNATION: Business Development Associate (BDA)
SALARY: Fixed in-hand salary up to ₹35,000 per month (final compensation will depend on experience, interview performance, and last drawn salary)
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective students to understand their academic preferences and career goals
- Offer accurate and detailed guidance on undergraduate and postgraduate programs
- Manage leads efficiently and ensure timely follow-ups to maximize conversions
- Achieve/exceed enrollment targets
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, courses, and market insights to provide relevant guidance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 0–2 years of experience in sales or the EdTech sector (preferred)
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
