ROAR Education is hiring enthusiastic and driven individuals for the role of Academic Advisor (EdTech Sales).If you are passionate about guiding students, enjoy interacting with people, and are motivated by targets and incentives, this opportunity is for you!
Responsibilities:
- Counsel prospective students regarding UG/PG programs offered by partnered universities
- Understand studentsβ academic backgrounds, goals, and career aspirations
- Manage and follow up on incoming leads to drive enrollments
- Maintain a healthy sales funnel and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Provide end-to-end support throughout the admission process
- Build strong rapport and trust with students
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 0β1 year of experience in Sales, Counseling, or EdTech (preferred)
- Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
- Excellent convincing and negotiation abilities
- Target-driven mindset
- Comfortable working in a performance-based environment
