DEPARTMENT: Sales / Business Development – Inside Sales
WORKING HOURS: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
DESIGNATION: Business Development Executive
SALARY: Negotiable (final compensation will depend on experience, interview performance, and last drawn salary).
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential students to understand their educational goals and career plans
- Offer clear and detailed information about undergraduate and postgraduate programs
- Handle leads efficiently and convert them through regular follow-ups
- Achieve assigned enrollment and sales targets within set deadlines
- Keep precise records and ensure a smooth and hassle-free admission process for applicants
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 0–2 year of experience in sales or the EdTech industry (preferred)
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities
