Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Business Development Executive, based in Coimbatore. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, and presenting tailored RCM solutions to meet client needs. The role also requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure client satisfaction. The Business Development Executive will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding the company’s market presence.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in client relationship management, communication, and negotiation
- Ability to identify sales opportunities and develop business strategies
- Proven track record in business development or sales, preferably in the healthcare or RCM domain
- Familiarity with Revenue Cycle Management processes such as patient access, billing, claims, and denial management is a plus
- Highly motivated, self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field is preferred
