Role Description
We are seeking a results-oriented Business Development Executive for a full-time hybrid role based in New Delhi, with the flexibility for partial remote work. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, fostering long-term relationships, and developing strategies to drive business growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, Google, social media, directories, and other platforms
- Make cold calls and connect with potential clients
- Understand client requirements and pitch digital marketing services
- Convert leads into paying clients
- Follow up with interested prospects regularly
- Maintain lead data and sales pipeline
- Coordinate with the internal team for proposal and onboarding
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Qualifications
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Confidence in cold calling and client handling
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services
- Lead generation and sales skills
- Ability to build client relationships
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
- Previous experience in digital marketing, advertising, or a related field is advantageous
