Role Description
We are looking for a result-driven Business Development Executive who can generate leads, connect with potential clients, and close deals for our digital marketing services.
Key Responsibilities
- Cold calling potential clients (business owners, showroom owners, etc.)
- Handling leads from Facebook, Instagram & other platforms
- Understanding client requirements and pitching suitable services
- Scheduling meetings (Google Meet / Calls)
- Closing deals and maintaining strong follow-ups
- Maintaining client data and CRM records
- Achieving monthly sales targets and contributing to business growth
Qualifications
- Experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation (Freshers can also apply)
- Skills in building client relationships
- Strong Business acumen and ability to identify growth opportunities
- Proficient Communication skills, including negotiation and presentation
- Proactive approach, problem-solving abilities, and results-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and meet established targets
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends and practices is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Requirement
- Good communication skills (Hindi + Basic English)
- Confidence in sales and client handling
- Basic understanding of digital marketing (preferred)
- Target-oriented and self-motivated mindset
- Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent
