Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Business Development Executive. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, maintaining client relationships through account management, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires conducting market research, preparing business proposals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals. The ideal candidate will also focus on nurturing long-term partnerships with clients to foster business growth.
Experience: 1-4 years
CTC: upto 4.8 LPA
Location: Ahmedabad
Qualifications
- Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and convert opportunities into successful partnerships
- Strong skills in Account Management and fostering client relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively present ideas, negotiate deals, and interact with stakeholders
- Understanding of business principles and strategies for achieving long-term growth and profitability
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, on-site environment and collaborate across departments
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or business development roles is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
