Position: Business Development Executive

Salary:
Freshers: Rs. 25,000 pm + Incentives
Experienced: Rs. 40,000 pm + Incentives
The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and supporting revenue growth for the agency. This role involves prospecting, pitching, and nurturing leads while working closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients.The ideal candidate is persuasive, proactive, and has a deep interest in marketing, communication, and brand development.
Job Description
What He / She will do:
- Identify and qualify potential leads across industries through research, networking, and outbound communication.
- Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to introduce Rioconn’s services and set up meetings.
- Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and pitch decks customized to client needs.
- Collaborate with creative, strategy, and account teams to build impactful business pitches.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities and follow up consistently.
- Understand client requirements and map them to suitable agency solutions.
- Track and report lead generation activities, conversions, and sales metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging business opportunities.
- Represent Rioconn professionally in client meetings and marketing events.
What He / She will learn:
- Building and managing a client acquisition funnel end-to-end.
- Creating effective business proposals and pitches.
- Negotiation and deal-closing techniques.
- Strategic thinking and understanding of digital marketing services.
- Client communication and long-term relationship management.
Essentials:
- 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or similar role (preferably in advertising or digital agencies).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation, persuasion, and networking abilities.
- Understanding of digital marketing, branding, and advertising processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
- Target-driven mindset with a proactive and energetic attitude.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently with accountability.
