Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Mohali district. The role involves identifying and generating leads, developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and managing accounts. The Business Development Executive will be expected to understand clients' needs and effectively communicate tailored solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify growth opportunities and drive revenue.
- Knowledge of Business and Account Management processes to manage relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
- Excellent Communication skills to articulate ideas effectively and build long-term partnerships.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with a results-oriented approach.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Experience in the trading or financial services industry is an advantage.
