Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajarhat for a Business Development Executive. The individual will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, managing client accounts, nurturing business relationships, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets. Daily responsibilities include lead generation, developing customized solutions to meet client needs, and presenting services to potential customers. The role requires effective communication and collaboration to establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation strategies
- Strong skills in Business and Account Management
- Excellent Communication skills for client interaction and relationship building
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Understanding of the pest control industry or service sector is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree.
