Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Business Development Executive. The responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, fostering relationships with potential clients, and managing accounts to ensure client satisfaction. The executive will contribute to the growth of the company by achieving sales targets and collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong Business acumen and strategic thinking to identify opportunities and develop actionable growth plans
- Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders
- Experience in Account Management and building long-term relationships with clients
- Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Understanding of the rental industry or SaaS is a plus
