Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive, located in Gurugram. The Business Development Executive will focus on identifying and generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving revenue targets. This role involves analyzing market trends, understanding client needs, and offering tailored solutions. Additional responsibilities include managing accounts, tracking performance, and proactively seeking opportunities to enhance business growth strategies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Conversion
- Strong understanding of Business strategies and effective execution
- Excellent Communication skills for client engagement and relationship-building
- Experience in Account Management and maintaining client portfolios
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and act on growth opportunities
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
