Location: Work From Office (Begumpet, Hyderabad)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days)
Shift Timings: 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM
Salary: 1.8 LPA to 3.6 LPA (based on skills)
Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates Welcome
Service Agreement: 1-year
About the Role: ReferenceGlobe is looking for enthusiastic graduates to join us as Business Development Executive (BDE). If you have strong communication and negotiation skills, a passion for the education sector, and are eager to contribute to the growth of our company, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and familiarize yourself with all services offered by ReferenceGlobe.
- Demonstrate products and solutions to potential clients.
- Handle inquiries via phone and provide basic company information.
- Procure new clients through direct communication and networking.
- Negotiate with clients to secure favorable deals.
- Conduct promotional activities and devise effective marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure client expectations are met.
Requirements:
- Strong market and domain knowledge, especially in the education sector.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Proactive approach in client communication.
- Ability to identify client needs and suggest suitable services.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
