Business Development Executive (Founding Team)

The Role
As our first BDE, you will work directly with the Founder. Your mission is to identify and acquire partnerships with small to mid-sized tech startups and corporates that need high-quality hiring solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Research and identify high-growth startups and tech firms across India.
Cold Outreach: Master the art of the "Perfect Pitch" via LinkedIn, Email, and Phone.
Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate meetings with HR Heads and Startup Founders.
Brand Ambassadorship: Represent RecruitFutures’ unique value—like our 6% fee and 180-day guarantee.
Strategy Building: Provide on-ground feedback to the Founder to help refine our market approach.
