Business Development Executive (Remote | Commission-Based)
We are building RecMeet, a digital solutions company that provides website development, mobile app development, and custom software for schools, colleges, and businesses.
We are looking for motivated individuals who can help us bring new clients and grow our business.
Role Description
This is a performance-based role focused on client acquisition.
You will earn commission for each successful project you bring.
Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential clients (schools, colleges, businesses, etc.)
Explain our services (website/app development)
Share leads and coordinate with our team
Assist in closing deals
Compensation
This is a target-based, performance-driven role.
You can earn up to ₹10,000 per month based on successful client acquisition and deal closures.
Please note that this role does not offer a fixed salary. Earnings are purely incentive-based and will be provided after successful deal closure and client payment.

Basic communication skills
Confidence to talk to clients
Willingness to learn and work in a performance-based role
Self-motivated and proactive attitude
