Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Noida. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, including sourcing prospects, qualifying leads, and pitching Rechub’s staffing and consulting services to potential clients. The role includes managing the full business development cycle: conducting market research, developing outreach strategies, scheduling and leading client meetings, preparing proposals, and negotiating terms in alignment with company guidelines. The professional will maintain and grow existing client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business through regular communication, performance reviews, and proactive problem-solving. Day-to-day responsibilities also include maintaining an updated sales pipeline, collaborating with internal recruitment teams to align client needs with candidate delivery, and reporting progress and insights to leadership.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to identify, qualify, and convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Solid understanding of Business principles, including sales cycles, market dynamics, and commercial negotiations in a services environment.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present solutions clearly and build trust with stakeholders.
