Job Responsibilities
1. Sales and Business Development- Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying new markets and customer segments.
- Work closely with dealers and stakeholders to drive demand for Realply’s products.
- Expand the customer base across various segments, including dealers, contractors, carpenters, and others.
2. Driving Primary & Secondary Sales- Establish and maintain strong primary sales channels with dealers.
- Support senior management in achieving overarching sales objectives.
- Collaborate with team members to drive secondary sales through respective dealers.
- Ensure effective coordination and follow-up to consistently meet sales targets.
3. Market Analysis- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
- Provide regular market insights to the leadership team to support informed strategic decision-making.
4. Stakeholder Engagement- Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, including dealers, carpenters, architects, contractors, and builders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, addressing queries and offering customized solutions.
5. Collaboration- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality service.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative sales strategies.
6. Reporting- Maintain detailed records of stakeholder interactions, project progress, and sales performance.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities, outcomes, and insights.
7. Project Management- Oversee multiple ongoing projects, ensuring seamless coordination with all stakeholders.
- Identify potential business opportunities within projects and convert them into successful sales.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, specifically within the wood panel industry.
- Established network with architects, dealers, and key industry stakeholders.
- Proven record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
