Job Title: Business Development Executive

Job Summary:
The Sales Executive will be the primary customer-facing representative for their project Ananta Living – a Senior retirement Community. Shall be responsible for handling inquiries, conducting site visits, nurturing leads, and closing bookings. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with strong communication skills and a closer's mindset.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound/outbound leads and convert them into site visits and bookings.
- Conduct engaging site visits and present the project's value proposition confidently.
- Follow up diligently, manage objections, and close deals within pricing guidelines.
- Coordinate booking documentation with finance and legal teams.
- Maintain accurate and real-time updates at every stage of the sales funnel.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years Sales experience (Real estate experience not mandatory, but added advantage if)
- Fluent in Malayalam (mandatory) and basic English
- Strong interpersonal and telephonic communication skills.
- Emotionally intelligent, ethical, and customer-first approach.
