We are looking for an energetic and confident Field Marketing Executive who enjoys interacting with students and building relationships with educational institutions. The primary responsibility is to generate student enquiries, promote our courses, and drive branch walk-ins through various field marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
1. College & Institution Outreach
Visit degree colleges, ITIs, polytechnics, coaching institutes, and training centers as per the assigned beat plan.
Interact with students during break time, entry, and exit hours to introduce courses and collect enquiry details.
Coordinate with HODs, placement cells, and college authorities for permission to conduct promotional activities.
Display notices, posters, and promotional materials on campus notice boards.
Daily Goal:
Visit 3–4 institutions.
Generate 80–100 student enquiries with valid contact details.
2. Seminar & Workshop Coordination
Support the team in organizing free career guidance seminars and workshops.
Manage registrations, distribute brochures, and assist students during events.
Collect feedback forms and maintain participant records.
Conduct follow-up calls after seminars to invite students for branch counseling sessions.
Monthly Goal:
Support 8–10 seminars/workshops.
Ensure participation of 100+ students per event.
3. Promotional Activities & Lead Generation
Distribute pamphlets and promotional materials at colleges, coaching hubs, bus stands, exam centers, and other high-footfall locations.
Set up promotional canopies, standees, and information desks when required.
Explain course benefits, answer student queries, and generate on-the-spot enquiries.
Schedule branch visits and counseling appointments for interested students.
Daily Goal:
Distribute 500+ pamphlets.
Generate 15–20 quality leads.
4. Partner Network Development
Visit education consultants, cyber cafés, coaching centers, and other potential referral partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.
Share updated course information, upcoming batches, and promotional offers.
Collect referrals and follow up regularly with partner-generated leads.
Weekly Goal:
Manage and service 10–15 active partners.
5. Lead Management & Reporting
Update all lead information in the CRM or mobile application on the same day.
Verify collected leads through calls and assess their interest level.
Schedule counseling appointments and branch walk-ins.
Submit daily activity reports covering:
Institutions visited
Leads generated
Pamphlets distributed
Walk-ins scheduled
Daily Goal:
Generate 3–5 confirmed branch walk-ins.
6. Branch Walk-in Conversion
Take ownership of converting field-generated leads into branch visits.
Ensure a minimum of 60–80 branch walk-ins every month through field activities and follow-ups.
7. Student Follow-Up & Support
Conduct reminder calls before scheduled appointments to reduce no-shows.
Guide students throughout the counseling process.
Accompany students to the branch when necessary to ensure a smooth experience.
Desired Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident in interacting with students and educational institutions.
Ability to work independently in the field.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, or mobile reporting apps.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
Preferred Qualification
Graduate or pursuing graduation.
- Prior experience in education marketing, admissions, sales, or field promotion will be an added advantage.
