Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Business Development Executive located at our Chennai office. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing accounts, and building strong client relationships. In this role, you will develop growth strategies, negotiate contracts, and contribute to achieving organizational goals while collaborating with internal teams.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
- Strong understanding of Business principles and strategies to drive organizational success.
- Excellent Communication skills for client engagement, negotiation, and internal collaboration.
- Experience in Account Management to maintain long-term relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently with a proactive approach to challenges and opportunities.
- Familiarity with the aviation and logistics industry is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to meet targets and deadlines effectively.
