Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Bengaluru. The candidate will be responsible for driving new business development initiatives, generating and managing leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective account management. The role demands proactive outreach to potential clients, collaboration with internal teams, and strategizing ways to expand the customer base and achieve revenue targets.
Qualifications
- New Business Development and Lead Generation experience
- Physical client meetings (traveling)
- Strong understanding of Business strategies and growth initiatives
- Excellent Communication skills for effective client engagement
- Proficiency in Sales to generate more business and maintain client relationships
- Ability to work independently and within teams to drive results
- Degree / MBA preferred
- Experience in the retail, media or audio content industry is an advantage
