Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Bengaluru. The Business Development Executive will build and maintain relationships with prospective and current clients, generate leads, develop new business opportunities, manage accounts, and support the company’s growth initiatives. Responsibilities include identifying market trends, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets while representing Radiowalla's services to clients across diverse sectors.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Experience in managing client relationships and upselling
- Strong skills in Business strategy and planning
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proactive attitude, negotiation skills, and results-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment
- Knowledge of the audio, media, or retail industry is advantageous
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
