RadicalEdge Learning Consultants is a Bengaluru-based leadership and behavioural training organisation with 10 years of experience working with corporates, B-schools, and leadership teams across India and internationally. We specialise in Emotional Intelligence, Leadership Development, and Executive Coaching, and are an authorised Genos EI distributor and certified Bloom Growth Coaching partner.
As we enter a significant growth phase, we are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to drive corporate sales and expand our client base across three business verticals.
Role Responsibilities:
→ Own the end-to-end corporate sales cycle — from prospecting and outreach to proposal, negotiation, and closure
→ Build and manage a structured pipeline of decision-makers including CHROs, L&D Heads, and senior leadership
→ Represent RadicalEdge at corporate meetings, industry events, and networking forums
→ Drive revenue across Leadership & Behavioural Training, Genos EI Assessments, and Bloom Growth Coaching
→ Maintain accurate CRM records and submit weekly pipeline reports
Candidate Requirements:
→ 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in L&D, HR consulting, EdTech, or corporate training
→ Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets — please share specific numbers in your application
→ Proven ability to engage confidently with CXO and CHRO-level stakeholders
→ Strong pipeline management and follow-through discipline
→ Bengaluru-based candidates only — this is a full-time, on-site role
Compensation:
→ Fixed: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
→ Variable: Uncapped performance incentive as a percentage of revenue closed
→ High performers have significant earning potential in this structure
