🚀 We're Hiring: Business Development Executive (B2B Sales)
📍 Location: Delhi NCR
💰 Salary: ₹25,000/month + Performance-Based Commission
R.S. Enterprises is looking for a driven Business Development Executive to expand our customer base in the printing and packaging industry.
What You'll Do
- Generate new B2B business through cold calling, field visits, networking, and lead generation.
- Meet purchase managers, procurement teams, and business owners to understand their packaging requirements.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations until orders are closed.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers.
- Follow up on payments and maintain strong customer relationships.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience
- Preference for candidates with experience in the manufacturing, printing, or packaging industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable with field sales across Delhi NCR
Compensation
- ₹25,000/month fixed salary
- 1% commission on collections from every new customer you bring for the first 1 year of that customer relationship
- Travel reimbursement
