Business Development Associate (BDA) Intern

About the Role
Quillance is looking for motivated and ambitious individuals to join our Business Development team. This role offers hands-on experience in sales, client engagement, and business strategy while working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- ResponsibilitiesConnect with prospective students and generate leads.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Follow up with leads and drive conversions.
- Maintain CRM records and daily activity reports.
- Achieve assigned business targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- EligibilityFresh graduates or final-year students from any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
- CompensationFixed Salary: ₹15,000 per month
- Performance Incentives: Up to ₹10,000 per month
Pre-Placement Offer (PPO)
High-performing interns will be considered for a full-time Business Development Associate role with an annual CTC of ₹4 LPA to ₹6 LPA based on performance.
